My stay at Zermatt had its ups and downs. While I enjoyed the beautiful scenery and the cleanliness of the resort, the dining experience left a lot to be desired, particularly regarding meal availability. I was disappointed with the room I received after an initial mishap with my reservation and the state of the hallways. Overall, it had the potential to be great but fell short in a few key areas.

Our stay at this hotel was quite disappointing due to several issues. The room wasn't filthy, but there were some serious cleanliness concerns, particularly in the bathroom. The dining options left much to be desired as we weren't informed about the restaurant's limited menu before our reservation. Overall, while the proximity to local activities was a positive, the problems with the booking process and room cleanliness made for a frustrating experience.
